What You Need First

• A stable internet connection and a modern browser – the platform is optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Valid email address and a smartphone number for verification.
• Identity documents (ID or passport) for the KYC process.
• A payment method: credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
• Understanding of the bonus terms, especially wagering requirements.
• Set a budget and time limit before you start playing.

Step-by-Step Sign-Up

1. Open the website of the casino in your browser. On mobile, you can add the page to your home screen for quick access (PWA).
2. Click on the registration button, usually on the top right.
3. Fill in the form with your personal data – be sure to use correct information to avoid later verification issues.
4. Choose a username and a strong password. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
5. Enter the bonus code if you have one. Otherwise, the bonus is often credited automatically.
6. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to you.
7. Complete the KYC verification by uploading the required documents.
8. Make your first deposit to activate the bonus and start playing.

Wagering Calculation

Wagering requirements determine how many times you must play through the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings. Let’s look at a typical example: Assume you receive a 100% bonus up to 100€ on your first deposit. You deposit 100€ and get 100€ bonus, so you have 200€ to play with. The wagering requirement is often 35x the bonus amount, sometimes even 35x (deposit + bonus).

Let’s calculate with the formula: Bonus 100€ × 35 = 3500€. That means you have to place bets totaling 3500€ before you can cash out. If the requirement is 35x (deposit + bonus), then (100€ + 100€) × 35 = 7000€. This is a significant difference. Always read the bonus terms to know exactly which calculation applies.

Furthermore, not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots often count 100%, while table games like blackjack may only count 10% or even less. If you play with a low contribution rate, you will need to wager much more to meet the requirement. For example, if blackjack contributes 10%, you would need to bet 35,000€ instead of 3,500€ to clear the 3,500€ requirement. In practice, it is more efficient to use slots with a high contribution rate. Some game providers have better RTP, which you will learn in the next section.

Banking & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are usually instant or take a few hours, depending on the method. Here is an overview of the most common options:

Note: For e-wallets, the withdrawal is often faster and without fees. Always check the minimum and maximum limits. From Curacao-licensed casinos, winnings may be subject to local income tax in your country – this is not the case with MGA or local licenses. We recommend consulting a tax advisor.

Licence & Player Protection

Gambling platforms are regulated by authorities. For players in Germany, a licence from the Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) is the gold standard. However, many online casinos operate under a Curacao licence, which is less strict. This means you should take extra care: check the casino’s reputation, read reviews, and ensure it uses SSL encryption. The KYC process is your friend – it prevents fraud and ensures that winnings are paid to the right person.

Responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion are essential. Always use them if you feel the urge to gamble excessively. Remember: gambling is for entertainment, not as a way to make money.

Fix It Fast

Login failure

Check your internet connection and clear the cache. Often, a password reset solves the issue.

Withdrawal is pending for a long time

Ensure your KYC documents are verified. Usually, it takes 24-48 hours. Contact support if it takes longer.

Bonus not credited

Read the terms: sometimes a bonus code is required or only certain deposit methods qualify.

Game does not load

Update your browser and disable ad blockers. Also, check that your device meets the system requirements.

Disputed winnings

After a win, you may be asked for further verification. This is normal. If the casino refuses to pay, you can escalate to the licensing authority.

Worth Knowing

Slot games have varying return-to-player (RTP) percentages. The highest RTPs are typically found in video poker (above 99% with perfect strategy), and some slots with a high RTP like Blood Suckers (98%) or Starburst (96.1%). Table games like blackjack can have an RTP of 99.5% if played optimally, but in online casinos they often contribute less to wagering. Progressive jackpot slots often have a lower RTP, so they are less suitable for clearing bonuses. Always prefer games with an RTP above 96% for the best value.
